- In accordance with the provisions of Part 9, Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended), propose to carry out refurbishment of existing locker facilities and adjacent accommodations, including construction of a new single storey locker room extension to the rear of the existing single storey station, and including all necessary enabling works and contouring including removal of three evergreen trees internal to site. The development includes also the installation of four number 20' storage containers, (nominal external dimensions of each: 6100mm long, 2440mm wide and 2590mm high), all to rear yard area, along with all other associated site works. A desktop Appropriate Assessment Screening was undertaken for the proposed development. It concluded that there will be no likely significant effects on any Natura 2000 sites, either alone or in combination with, any other plans or projects. A Preliminary Examination for Environmental Impact Assessment was undertaken for the proposed development. It concluded that having regard to the nature, scale and location of the proposed project, EIA Screening is not required. Any person may, within 4 weeks from the date of this notice, apply to An Bord Pleanala for a screening determination as to whether the development would be likely to have significant effects on the environment. The Preliminary Examination for Environmental Impact Assessment conclusion can be viewed on the Office of Public Works website at https://www.gov.ie/en/collection/8218f-office-ofpublic-works-part-9-eia/ During all periods of Covid-19 restrictions, drawings and particulars of the proposed development will be available for inspection, by appointment only and with two working day's' notice, between 10.00am and 12.30pm and between 2.30pm and 4.00pm, Monday to Friday, during a six-week period beginning on the date of publication of this notice Office of Public Works, Property Maintenance Services, Jonathan Swift Street, Trim, Co.
